About
Technical and operational. Not one without the other.
15+ years across healthcare, hospitality, real estate, finance, and professional services. I do not separate the technical from the operational or the marketing lens. They inform each other.
What I actually do
I work as a technical operator and applied systems architect. That means I sit at the intersection of systems design, compliance architecture, and operational delivery. Not just advising on one and ignoring the others.
My background spans integration architecture, systems design, technical evaluation, technical risk assessment, workflow design, tool stack auditing, operations, and marketing, all intertwined. Architecture decisions inform workflow design. Compliance posture shapes tool selection. Marketing systems need to integrate with operational ones.
Direct with the operator. Vetted specialist depth when scope requires it. You work with me directly on every engagement. When scope requires security architecture review, threat modeling, or engineering support, I bring in vetted advisors I have worked with on real projects. Advisory review only, not penetration testing.
How engagements run
Most engagements start with the Operational Risk Diagnostic. Architecture, compliance remediation, and build follow once the risk surface is clear.
The Operational Risk Diagnostic is a fixed-scope gap map and qualification step. It is not the full practice, and it is not a board-ready governance pack. Compliance remediation, ai governance build, architecture, and implementation are scoped from what the diagnostic finds.
